IAHLA members include legal organizations in BC that are governed by an Aboriginal Board and offer one or more of the following.
- Educational opportunities for adults pursuing high school graduation
- Preparatory or pre-requisite courses for post-secondary education
- Post-secondary education
Any other organization may apply to become an associate member. Associate members are entitled to attend annual general meetings and receive the same information that is available to members. Associate members are not eligible to vote or to be elected as directors. (Currently under review)
IAHLA membership fees are $200 per annum from July 1 to June 30. Institutes/programs are welcome to apply for membership at any time during the year.
